Think of it as a setting stage for the selection committee to understand what your venture is focused on. The explanation should be clear enough for someone without prior background or additional research to understand what the venture is doing.

Describe the venture's current and targeted clients and markets, including geographies. Be clear, focused and concise

Describe the venture’s core technology, explained in non-technical terms. Do you have a working prototype that can be demonstrated (provide a link if applicable). If not, how long would it take to produce one? Explain what the prototype or product demonstrates. This should be consistent with the AI journey description.

Describe how the venture's product, service or solution works. This is best done from the perspective of an acutal or potential customer. Explain the value proposition for this customer.

Please describe how the venture will monetize their product or solution/revenue model and pricing. Please be specific in terms of $ expected.

Describe the venture's competitive landspace. Who else is selling to your customer? Why will your customer buy your product or service instead of your competitor's? What is the most important dimension on which you outperforms your competition?

Describe how the solution improves the targeted value chain (we define value chain as improving and optimizing business operations for your customers).

What AI use cases are you targeting based on the AI journey stage that your venture is applying for?

Please provide a roadmap here of what you plan on doing during the AI stage you are applying for. For example, if applying for ML Experts, please explain why you need them, what type of experts, what pool of resources are you considering. For proof of concept: are you planning on developing a prototype, MVP or introduce a new product feature? What support do you need for that - specialized software, hiring additional resources, external specialized consultants? If you do not have specific vendor

Describe the core analytical methods or technologies used (or intend to use), and approach to validation (be specific which models are you considering). Please specify if your solution is supervised, unsupervised or semi-supervised.

Describe the venture's data set(s), the kind/type of data, their accessibility, and their source. How they were (or will be) collected? How much data do you need? If you currently don't have data, describe the strategy to acquire data in a future state.

Describe the AI solution development timeline, including data collection if required.

Describe the venture's team technological competence to accomplish their goals, and list the AI capabiltiies of the team members. Who on your team leads the development of the venture's AI core technology?

List your affiliations and experience with current and/or past programs/institutions from incubators, accelerators or other supporting organizations.

Does your venture have any advisors or mentors? If so please list them and give a brief description of their background. Please provide a link to their LinkedIn.

List all of your sources of capital. Include the name and amount from all personal sources, public sources, angel and venture investors, and loans from financial institutions.

Please note your venture's IP strategy and add links to any materials (patents, publications, market reports) that demonstrate your technology differentiation and/or technology defensibility.

List all founders and include for each their name, title, email address, LinkedIn and a brief bio.
